ERB Service Centre (Kowloon East) (KESC)

The “Employees Retraining Board ERB Service Centre (Kowloon East)” (KESC) has been set up to provide services to those eligible for participating in the Manpower Development Scheme i.e. trainees and those awaiting training courses. The Centre provides their members with comprehensive employment support and follow-up services, including interactive self-learning and practicing facilities, labour market information, seminars, career talks, career counseling, job skills workshops, multi-media learning and so on. With a view to enhancing their self-learning and job skills to cater for the needs of the employment market, the TRC also provides training course information and course enrolment service to the public for promoting the concept of “life-long learning” .
